• Date of birth certificate
• Caste certificate for Reserve category candidates
• Medical certificate (duly filled by M.B.B.S. Doctor)
• No objection Certificate from Employer, if in service.
• Sports proficiency certificate
• Three recent passport size colour photograph

2.First B.P.E.

3.Second B.P.E.
